Ishan Cader is a commissioning editor and producer for Pod Academy. He previously worked for Radio Free Brighton, producing and broadcasting programmes on history, politics, radical cultures, and the environment.

He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Sussex, and taught undergraduate courses in international history and political economy. His interests include British and American cultural history, urban futures, race relations, feminism and avant-garde modernism.
